The technical interview was done by a team lead Salesforce who stayed off camera, and two other Salesforce admins. The requirements were not shared ahead of the interview, and there was no information shared beforehand about what the technical interview might consist of. The requirements were pasted in the Teams meeting chat, where they were hard to read and understand. The requirements were not explained thoroughly, and it was difficult for me to understand what exactly was required. I got the feeling that they were not interested at all in my background or experience, or in me as a potential new team member, and it was more like 'let's see what you can do'. I am saying this because after I talked about myself and my experience for a few minutes, they just said 'ok let's move on to the test now'. Because they were not on time, and because the requirements were not shared before the meeting, and not thoroughly explained, we went over the time scheduled. When we were already over time, I was asked if I had any questions, and I asked about how the team works and what a day of work looks like at Enpal, to get a feel if this would be a good fit for me, and if this is a team that I would like to be part of for the next months or years. I was given a really quick answer that they solve tickets really fast for the Sales team, and deploy automation. I have to say this is not what I was expecting, and this is not a team that I would like to be part of. They were late for the meeting, they did not give much detail about how the team works, or how would I benefit from joining the team, and they did not leave a good impression overall. I was left with the impression of a lack of professionalism, a low level of English speaking, and working under stress/pressure (because of the answer one of the admin gave me on my only question, that they solve tickets as fast as possible) I do not want to be a 'ticket solver', and I do not want to work for a company that does not say anything about how I would benefit from working for them. We did not move on to the next stage, and I wouldn't have accepted the offer anyway.
