First the recruiter contacted me to know my salary expectations and my current compensations plan. She scheduled an interview with the employer, who was very objective during the interview and he explained me the current situation of the factory and their needs. The interview was very good, I felt very comfortable all the time. At the begining of the interview the employer told me that whatever they decided they will contacted me to know their decision, thing that never happened, they ghosted me. Giving that, makes me feel like if they are a zero serious company.

Got contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn, sent JD. First interview was ok, no follow-up for long time. Had to request feedback twice before follow up from their side. Decided in favor of a different employer.

Several steps and no feedback after any of those, process interrupted without any feedback. Poor consistency across the different interviews, role responsibilities changing at each steps. Interviews schedule changing frequently with timing proposal not compatible with time zone.
