The interview was 3-parts,
• First was a general discussion with HR about my background, a few questions about my employment and some of those "describe a time" questions.
• Second was a technical 'test' to verify my Excel skills were (required for this role). As a high-intermediate skilled Excel user, this was all pretty simple and included lookups, some data cleaning and manipulation.
• The third was a get to know me talk where it was more geared towards making sure I was a good fit for the role, that I understood the travel requirements and what would be required if I were to receive an offer.
• The whole process took about 4days from my first interview to receiving an offer. I started the job 2 weeks later.
