Maybe 5 months after putting in your application you get an email for an interview. They interview you even if they already have enough people and tell you that you can still be hired. Afterwards they tell you they’ll reach out they don’t. An automated email comes to you to for denial.

I was first interviewed over Zoom on my laptop for my first interview. We kept getting interrupted by his coworkers. My second interview was a brief phone interview with the "regional" manager. It lasted for about 5 minutes. I was asked questions that did not pertain to the job at all.
