Interview
The process had two rounds — the first with HR and the second a technical coding interview. The HR round was conversational and positive. The technical round was well-structured, covering coding, automation, and real project scenarios. The interviewer seemed genuinely impressed and even mentioned I’d likely be selected for a UI automation role. However, after the interview, there was no communication for over 20 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received an automated rejection email instead of a formal update from HR. The experience was disappointing given the positive feedback during the interview.

They asked me to write automation scripts and explain test scenarios for login and UI validation, along with a few logic-based coding problems.

Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews with Enhance Fitness, investing a lot of time and effort. Despite my strong skills and experience, I felt that my abilities were not truly valued during the process. The interview stages were unnecessarily long and lacked transparency, especially around salary details, which were only revealed at the final stage.
When I finally learned the salary offer, it was very low compared to the level of skill and commitment expected. Overall, I felt my time and expertise were not respected. If you’re considering applying, make sure to clarify compensation early to avoid wasting your time.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview with HR, which went smoothly. After that, I had a 30-minute interview with a Product Manager, where I was asked standard questions. They mentioned I would receive feedback within 2–3 days, but after two weeks of silence, I had to follow up myself—only to receive a generic email saying they are not going further with my application. It felt like a waste of time, and their lack of effort in providing proper feedback was quite unprofessional.
