English Partner interview questions

The first interview will last for 20-30 minutes. Then you will undergo training for 3-5 days (depends if you are a fast learner) before the second interview. The training is quiet challenging for you will be given various tasks each day but its enriching at the same time. The trainer is nice and approachable.

It was a typical interview process which starts from Q & A about yourself, job experiences and knowledge about IELTS. Once you passed, they will ask you to do a demo class with a TM or the owner as the student. Just try to speak clearly like you're teaching a small kid and that's it. After all that, you would be hired and scheduled for your training.
