The interview took place on Skype and was with the manager of the company. There were typical questions about teaching experience, qualifications, classroom management, and so on. No teaching demo was required.
Interviewer joined the online interview 15 minutes late with no prior communication despite having my contact details. I was told I would hear back within a week but received no update after three weeks. This made it difficult to manage other offers and timelines. It is not hard to send a rejection email.

The interview process was good. The lady who interviewed me was very helpful and informative. She asked many questions but spent a long time explaining the company to me. She is very good at selling a company but unfortunately the company she works for is not all what it seems.
