Went in for an in person interview where I was asked to demonstrate how to teach a specific grammar rule so they could see my teaching style. I was told they would contact me for a second interview and they never did.

Question 1
Demonstrate how to teach 2nd conditional using a smartboard in the classroom.

Interview
The interview was more about them telling me about the academy. There were probably maximum of 3 questions about my experience. It questions whether they really are interested in you as a teacher, your skills, strengths and experience.
