Engineers Gate interview questions

Tough process. Many steps. Lots of quant type questions - brain teasers, probability, math, data, feature engineering, ML. Interviews are one on one and in a group setting. Also had to review algorithms and coding. Linear algebra questions involved matrix multiplication, factorization. Calculus was also asked,

Had an initial round with an engineer to talk about background, previous work, a LC medium problem. Followed by interview with co-CTO who was nice, talking about Python related stuff and then another LC style problem. Onsite consisted of 3 interviews (back to back), two with senior engineers, a mix of system design and coding problems followed by a round with the other co-CTO, who grilled on data structures around trading systems.
