Telephone interview and Video Call. I withdrew my application after the second call because of indiscrete questions. Not a pleasant experience. Also some other red flags ... in general, just stay away from it.

Personal questions about private life that have nothing to do with my professional qualification.
Vorstellung beiderseits, Fragen, Einladung ins Office, insgesamt alles sehr kurz. Er räumt da den Laden mal richtig auf, bringt den Kununu-Score wieder hoch, braucht Leute die anpacken, wirkt sehr herrisch und überhaupt nicht kooperativ

First chat was a normal drill down of previous experience, not more or less.
Second chat made clear that they are looking for self-exploiting workaholics by asking highly inappropriate questions!
After that I withdraw my application.
Should have taken the other ratings here of former employees or applicants more seriously.

- Very personal questions which which have absolutely nothing to do nothing with the job itself.
- If I'm fine with working (far) more than 40 hours. Actually this was not a question but more a statement.
