Enertek Group Chief Human Resources Officer interview questions

I sent my CV to someone who posted on LinkedIn that the recruitment for this role goes through him which is fine but how about the EU data protection requirements??? There has been no confirmation of CV receipt from this person, nor an email including the EU Data Protection acknowledgement from this company. Disappointing to say the least!
