There is an approximately 30 minute virtual interview first. If you're successful after the interview then there is a solar sales training quiz afterwards. There is some learning and preparation required for the quiz. Applicants must achieve a certain grade on the quiz for successful employment.

2 round virtual interviews with Sales and Management roughly 15 minutes each Common interview questions asked pretty typical; if prepared you will do well and move to the 2nd round interview fairly quickly Decision making within a week.
