I interviewed at Energy & Environmental Research Center
Interview
EERC is definitely one of my target employers for which I have applied and got interviewed with recently. I also gave a talk for their conference on CO2 storage back in April. My impression is that they are very much into research funding and have a broad base of clients that they serve. I think you will definitely benefit from interacting with their clients to gain a broader perspective on their business needs. So this is a big plus. In terms of benefits, I think they have a pretty standard package that may be a little more or less than the typical package for research/academic positions across the spectrum.

Interview
Some how moderate if skill set are good match theres a greater chance of getting hired. My interviewer was very good person. The interview went smoother than I had expected. I had chance to explain details about my past projects and achievements thoroughly.

Interview
It was a very relaxed interview and setting, met with my interviewer 1 on 1. We casually went over my resume and he asked me to elaborate on a few of my college experiences and asked me some engineering related questions to see if I had a good knowledge of material science and manufacturing.
