Good process. Phone screened. Received call to set up interview. Had panel type interview with 3 people. Was a very lengthy process. Applied online in late December. Interviewed in mid February.
Offered job a week later.

Interview
Interviewed with area manager, Operations Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor. Interview team created a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Good pace to interview question gave plenty of time to think out answers. Interview team was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had at end of interview.
