Was contacted to schedule an interview 2 weeks after applying online. The interview consisted of a panel reading questions out of a booklet. They first asked if you know these technical fields (valves, hydraulics, this and that). Then they started asking behavioral questions such as give me a time... about 25-30 questions total...very tedious and annoying...couldn't actually grasp the feel of the job, environment, culture, etc. The interview felt scripted.
