This company had a normal interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone seems nice and they asked questions that relate to the position, not crazy questions other companies ask.

Online, phone, and in-person panel with some of the people left after all the layoffs. The hiring manager is now CFO (scary) and the recruiter has no idea about the job and asks questions above her knowledge level.

Nothing relevant to the job or company- asked a question about items that were not in the scope of the job. Bad feeling especially with massive layoffs and churn.
