Interviewers were very encouraging and allowed me to express myself fully. They were fun and engaging to talk to. At first I was nervous but the panel were very accommodating which made my nervousness go away fast. I hope they continue to make their interviews this way because candidates are able to confidently highlight their strengths from their questions.
