They are a company that is trying to make its way. From an IT perspective, it is an ideal environment if you are young in your career and looking to gain experience. However, if you have experience, it's not a great destination at this time, as IT is simply a support function and does not have a seat at the table when it comes to helping with the evolution; you would simply be an order taker.
