I interviewed for a Talent Acquisition position at Eneba. The interview started around 7 minutes later than scheduled, and I was not informed in advance about the delay.
During the discussion, I felt that the communication style was not very collaborative. Since I have several years of experience in recruitment, I would have appreciated a more balanced conversation and a more open exchange of perspectives regarding talent acquisition practices.
At the end of the interview, I was told that I would receive feedback, but as of the date of this review, I have not received any follow-up. Overall, the experience left me with the impression that the recruitment process could be improved in terms of punctuality, communication, and candidate feedback.
