I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Endwave (Orem, UT) in Oct 2015
Interview
Friendly and easy going. Not to many typical interview questions. Just got down to business. They ask about who you are and what can you share about yourself that isn't on your resume. After that it is mostly about showcasing your portfolio/demo reel.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Endwave (Orem, UT) in Jul 2015
Interview
very comfortable where he simply asks you about your past and goals in life. I always got the feeling he hires individuals not by asking them right to the point questions but tries to really get to know you in order to then match you with the position. You also must be willing to take a risk on a small developing company as that is where they are at right now.
