I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Endomag in Nov 2023
Interview
- Call with a recruiter
- Zoom with the hiring manager
- Zoom with the hiring manager + sales director
- In-person interview with the hiring manager + sales director
I was told that was the final round, but that is when my opportunity closed.
Interviews were personable and somewhat relaxed. Communication was prompt. The process was about a month long

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Endomag (Cambridge, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Initial screening call with their recruiter, fairly straightforward - just an overview of your experience.
1st interview was with the senior guys in the product team who tell you a bit more about the Endomag and the role. You also have the opportunity to tell them about your experience in more detail. It was a 30 min interview, half them talking half you. They're super friendly guys so it was an enjoyable experience.
Likewise the 2nd interview was also an enjoyable experience. This was with the whole product team. They worked through lots of scenario based questions which you had to give insight into.

Question 1
The 2nd interview consisted of scenario based questions which were mostly related to the current product, and the next generation.
