Competancy based mainly and not much focus on technical and very deadline focussed given the disparate business units and size of the Group. There were 3 stages, 1st with recruiter, then my direct line and then my direct line again with a related team member for company fit.

Question 1
How I managed people and how I like to be managed?
Phone call to arrange then interview with department including head of department and other co workers that I would be working with. Few days later received email with offer from the company. Not many stages tot the interview process.
