I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Endeavor Global (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
I was invited to go for an interview via e-mail with the Marketing/Communications Department. They wanted me to come in 3 hours after they sent the e-mail to me.
I spent much time researching the company as much as I could before I was going to be interviewed.
I met with the Senior Vice President of the organization and a Communications Employee.
They spent time explaining what the internship would consist of and what I could do to partake and benefit the organization. Much of the things that they explained were in regards to benefiting their events (ISP) and helping out with the website.
The interviewers explained much about how the company functions and what they do, they then asked if I had any questions.
They let me know that they were "very interested" at the end of the interview and that they would keep in contact with me.
I sent my thank you letter on a Friday (same day I went in for an interview) and received word on a Monday that I would be accepted as an intern.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Endeavor Global (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
No follow up after positive feedback during interview. After some time I reached out for an update and never received a reply. I understand if they chose a different candidate however it seemed like they were enthusiastic about me and then ghosted
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Endeavor Global (Miami, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
Multiple phone calls with 2 team members of about 30min - 1 hr. The first calls were more of an introduction while the others were more personality/skill-oriented. Exchanged a couple of emails with them as well to follow up on the process
I applied online. I interviewed at Endeavor Global (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was a very simple and friendly 2-step process. I did an online 30-minute interview involving very general background questions, followed by a written research exercise (which was more of a mini-market sizing test).
