First, I had an initial phone screening. It was very easy practical questions, Then I had an in-person interview. Then I had to take a shot personality test online, I guess I did well because I was invited for an in-person interview with the HR manager and the CEO. In person interview was very tricky, no direct questions about the job, more questions about dreams, aspirations, where do you see yourself in 5, 25 years. I never heard back about the position, but after I thanked my interviewers for their time, I was sent a philosophical note about doing what I love and I will be successful. I am assuming I wasn't the right fit and in accordance with the company culture for them thank fully I felt the same.
