interview took having to install an app to do video interview before in person. annoying but ok.
I relocated after being told and confirming the wage range of be in with the recruiter.
interviewed with a director who was a good guy and I got the job.
but the recruiter followed up with a low ball wage offer, less than what i was getting before relocation and under the age range I was told for full time. the recruiter, name azimoon monitor, was unprofessional because her assurance of wage was false and she did not actually watch my video interviews...telling me my sound was somewhat inaudible after I had already interviewed and got he job which i had to let go of because she claimed she had to close my pre employment for that hotel in order for me to be applied to another hotel for a possible interview.
this company is generic and hires people who dont have interest in real av work or relevant fields.
I'm overqualified and have tried hard and kindly to get the job inwas hired for back or other locations.
there's surely stuff going on with azimoon and her job security based on her own faults as to why im not getting in. could also be her superiors having ego problems but I have to get ahold of them to inquire about her and find out exactly what the issue is.
I'm not really tsking the time to word all this. I don't care. I just want to put it out there.
there are a handful of much better a.v. companies in Florida. PSAV is contracted with a lot of the hotels so it's probably a hit or miss with directors and co workers.
