Encore Fire Protection Sales interview questions

The interview process seemed to be very forward thinking and technologically current. They have you take a personality test as well as a cognitive test. They also had me do a one way interview. This is all before they have a face to face interview. I was applying from out of state and had planned a trip to specifically conduct meeting/interviews with prospective employers. I planned this weeks in advance. When I arrived early the interviewer was no yet onsite. When the interviewer did show up (late) she informed me the other person the co owner would not be able to make the interview and I would have a 15 min phone call interview. This was infuriating considering I purchased a flight to come to the interview and the interviewer was late and the person I was coming to meet in person wasn’t not even going to be there. This ended up being an unorganized waste of time. It seems they go through a lot of people and don’t really respect people’s time and you are just a number. I would stay away from this company. They claim to be very fast pace but can’t even make a meeting on tome or be in the same State. They also seem to care a lot more about money then actual Fire Protection.
