Notified of the position through a contact from my college. Submitted a resume as application. Completed a thorough, in-person, panel interview with situational and behavior-based questions using the competencies from the job description.

Which one of the responsibilities from the job description do you think would be the most challenging?
Easy-going, laid back. Asked mainly situation based questions. Informed of benefits, clarified expectations. It only took one interview before I was hired. It was an in person interview - requires drug screening beforehand.
