The interview process started with a one-way interview in which I was given multiple attempts, and then I was called back for a virtual interview with a panel of multiple people. Something that I did not expect was for them to extensively ask about my leadership experience history and then providing hypothetical situations as to how to solve problems in those experiences.

Interview
You start with a pre recorded interview and then move on to the actual interview. There are 2 interviews from the department that will be hiring you and it was an hour long.
It was very quick and formal. There is a online portion and one round of video call interview. The questions were very much focused on behaviour although there was still some technical questions .
