Interview
A casual 1 interview with two managers on MS Teams combines a relaxed vibe with direct technical and behavioral vetting. Because both the technical lead and the people manager are present, they will tag-team to assess your hard skills and your personality simultaneously.
Initial screening with Hirevue where you record yourself answering prerecorded questions
If selected, there will be a final panel interview. It took a while to hear back after applying, then both interviews took about 2 weeks.
