The interview process was through and they really want to know why they are hiring. They ask a lot of questions that require detail answers . They want to know how you handle tough situations with customers
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Emtek Products (City of Industry, CA)
Interview
They go through third party staffing agencies, I went through Olympic Staffing and was given an interview with their VP of customer Service. She informed me the most difficult part of the job is memorizing all of the products and configurations.
The next interview was the next week and it was two of their floor supervisors that explained more of their type of environment. Desk job with small teams and people near you. They used this part of the interview to get a feel if you would start conflict in the office.
