Standard 2 leg interview process. Had a phone screen and then a virtual interview a week later. Was offered the position and was excited to get started. However, I had a pre planned trip for a month and I explained this to the hiring manager during the verbal offer. Not even 10 minutes later he called me back saying unfortunately he had to rescind the offer due to my pre planned trip. They didn't want to work at with me after that. Keep in mind this was planned months before even interviewing for this position.
