General meeting type interview to discuss details of the role, my experience as a Project Manager and what to expect from them. I was shocked at how poor their premises are and how small they appear as a company. The interviewers, although friendly, did not provide me with confidence about the role and didn't give me the sense I could develop and learn from them. The company appeared to lack necessary structure. They didn't even show me the courtesy of providing any feedback. It felt like a step-down/backwards.
