      Software Engineer Interview

      16 May 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Empowered (Charlotte, NC) in May 2014

      Interview

To begin with the standard phone interview, followed up with a face to face with a technical test. The test was not very difficult but complete for current knowledge. Felt a little like face a board a first but after a 10 or 15 minutes felt a bit more personal. I have had worse style interviews where it was rapid fire questions without any follow up questions or why that. The questions I got were in a good flow and not random.

      Question 1

Most memorable was how my past experience would help me for this position.
