There were 2 Interview rounds; Technical and HR My technical round was for about 30 mins which was specific to fundamentals of programming, data structures, DBMS and projects and HR round was for about 45 mins which had questions in the spectrum of my goals, careers, future plans, personality, projects, all my soft skills and presentation skills

The interview process at Empower consisted of an online assessment followed by two technical rounds and an HR round. The technical interviews focused on DSA problems, core subjects like DBMS and OS, and a detailed discussion of my projects. Overall, the process was well-structured, moderately challenging, and the interviewers were professional and supportive.
