I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Empower (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Jan 2018

Interview

Took a couple weeks for callback, but then the process was pretty clear-cut. 1st interview with recruiter, 2nd interview with manager. Shortly followed by a background check. Once that clears it is a pretty quick and easy process to get drug screen and other requirements completed.

The process is lengthy. It takes between 2-3 weeks. You have a phone interview . Once you pass the phone interview then you have an in-person interview . You are normally interviewed by a team lead and a manager. It normally is 1-1.5 hours.

Interview

Very short interview process. Had 3 total interviews. I had the intereview over skype but most people have it in person. First interview was a phone screen and the next was with the 2 call center supervisors.
