Two stage interview process, first with head of legal and then with two other members. Good mix to people and was given detailed information about the company, the role requirements and the team.
Thorough and detailed. The first step is an initial call with the HR person to answer basic questions (felt more like a chat). Then you get progressed to a formal interview (mine was 2-person panel). You definitely need to prepare for this interview and you can't just "wing it" with charm/personality.
