Friendly talk, good questions, really listened to me and answered all my questions in a realiable manner I felt welcomed all the time and they didnt ask crazy questions about me

Initial response was done by email. Came in for first interview and was called back for second interview. First interview was with general day to day supervisors and second interview was with Observatory Director. After he gave the thumbs up an offer letter was presented.
