It was simple, make sure to ask appropriate questions. They wanted people to answer sales inquiries that customer placed. The drawback was carrying every sample flooring in your car daily.

Interview
It started with a zoom meeting with a recruiter and advanced to a second round with HR onboarding. In order for you to be considered, you must have an LLC and an EIN. If you are currently in business for yourself in this industry, you must sign a 30 page NDNC promising not to do any work that Empire could engage in. It's not a great option for a contractor looking to expand his book of business.
