I got a call back after 1 week and the interview was pretty casual. Interviewer was very friendly conducted the meeting with an upbeat manner. It was more conversational than it was question and answer.
Asked about previous experience, no specific questions in regards to skill. It was a one on one interview with a nice atmosphere. Look tidy and speak clearly. Looking for people who are good at customer service.
