      Poor Interview Process Interview

      7 Sept 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Emma

      Interview

The person in charge of HR does not formulate properly questions. You need to reply to hypothetical situations and if are hypotheses, do not establish a parameter of right or wrong. However, if you say something that she might not agree with or like, a kind of disrespectful behavior and tun voice appears. I felt really uncomfortable during the recruitment process and I wonder if this is the first image of the company a candidate should have.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No proper questions were made. Only to talk about hypotheses. The old STAR method would be much more efficient.
