The interview process was very straightforward. It had multiple parts, beginning with a general introduction and followed by technical conversations about GNSS and work experience.
I always knew what the next step would be and when. I could prepare for the different parts, but there was always some uncertainty about what exactly would happen in the upcoming interview. I didn't receive immediate feedback after the different parts.
The process as a whole was really good and well-built.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emlid (Budapest) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was fair and square. Actually, I applied for the position through the official site. They said there were no open positions, but they still want to hear me out. After a few months, they called me back to see if I was still interested. So, it wasn't just a "Yes, sure we'll call you back" moment. Kudos! For me, it was two rounds, as I remember the second round was merged with HR and the technical team. Which spared a lot of time, I think. A bit tiring, more than one hour, but everyone had time to ask questions. Overall it wasn't stressful it was straightforward. If I had questions I just sent an email. Easy.
