Very relaxed. Got a phone call to schedule an initial phone interview with a hiring manager and three Hardware Design engineers. Was just asked about my resume and they asked questions about the projects on my resume, as well as the courses I was currently taking. After the initial phone interview I was contacted by HR to schedule an in person interview on site. Got there ten minutes early and there was one other person waiting for an interview. The tour was given to both of us at the same time (The tour of the facility lasted about two hours, so I believe the impressions made during this time were crucial to their decision), they took us all over the facility and we met with different people in different departments. After the tour we had lunch with the manager and two other engineers. Lunch was pleasant. After the lunch we had one on one interviews with the manager, a senior engineer, and two engineers. Very relaxed interview process, they were also trying to make a good impression. Ultimately I declined the offer, job seemed kind of boring and there would be no other interns, so no one I'd be working with was going to be my age.
