Process took about 1 week. Applied directly to practice, got a call the next day for a one-on-one interview with the practice manager, was told if chosen an offer would be extended by the end of the week after all candidates were interviewed. Interview lasted about 20 minutes which included a discussion of job responsibilities and benefits.
