The first step in the process was a Wonderlic assessment. Its computer based and you have to answer a number of multiple choice questions in a very limited amount of time. Its my impression that they are looking for a certain result, as I know a couple of people that didn't even get a call back after their assessment. After you "pass" the assessment, its a pretty standard interview. I have been told that managers are required to take a psychological assessment as well. Nothing too earth shattering, but do a little practice with basic math and fractions before the assessment.
