Interview
The process was long, and I went through several stages, with different people, HR, future superiors, future colleagues and other areas that would be affected by the new area that was being created. Part of it was by phone and the rest was in person. I was not required to deliver a presentation, but I was asked a lot of questions related to how I would respond to a given situation, or how I dealt with specific problems in the past.

Question 1
There were many questions - professional, personal, including family. The most important one was: "I have over 50 resumes for this position, many of them with specific experience in the Aerospace Sector, and most of them Engineers. Why should I hire you and not them?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Embraer (Nashville, TN) in May 2021
Interview
There were two rounds of interview with pretty straight forward question. Quick decision. The Manager was amazing and talented individual. hey explained very well about the roles and responsibility. Also it was a hybrid position so it was amazing to work over there.
The interview process was good. Manager that I interviewed with was professional and asked the right questions. However, Embraer as a company doesn’t rate high. No response in regards to interview. They leave you in limbo and do not appreciate the people that they have.
