Embitel Technologies Web Developer interview questions

I had a very disappointing interview experience with this company. The interview process took almost one month and included four rounds - Technical, Managerial, Client, and HR. After successfully clearing all rounds, the HR informed me that I was selected and asked me to join the very next day, which I agreed to. I was asked to fill out forms and submit all required documents, which I did immediately. However, after 4-5 days, when I followed up, I was informed that the position was put on hold. This was extremely unprofessional, as the company had already confirmed selection and collected documents. Candidates invest a lot of time and trust in such processes, and clearer communication would have been appreciated. I hope the company improves its hiring transparency and respects candidates’ time in the future.
