EmbedIT Senior Net Developer interview questions

The first round is about profiling, someone from HR department make first screening, then the second meeting is someone from team, with detailed position description and some knowledge questions, mainly focused on making decisions or solving some problems, with basic .NET knowledge and check, if applicant has some general knowledge, about algorithmes, design patterns, memory management and databases.
