Interview
The interview process was clear, well-structured and professional. It began with an initial conversation with the GM, which focused on my background and alignment with the role. This was followed by an HR interview that covered cultural fit and practical details. The final stage was a conversation with the CEO, which was more situational and conversational, giving me a good sense of the company's values and expectations.
