Relaxed and conversational. Asked about relevant past experience, how'd approach scenarios with students in the summer school and what my strengths and weaknesses are. The interviewer was very kind and patient and I received an offer not too long after having the interview.

Online remote, friendly. Interview was booked and took place in on time. Interviewer was friendly and had lots of experience working for Embassy Summer and other summer schools in the past.

The staff was very friendly, and the interview wasn't very long. Some questions were designed to assess my ability to react in difficult situations but most are quite common sense.
