The interview process was very thorough, which meant I had the opportunity to meet nearly all of my potential team members. This gave me a true sense of the people I'd be working with and the company culture. I felt very confident accepting my offer because I knew I'd be working with a phenomenal team at an awesome company!

I applied online. The entire process was took about 5 weeks and included phone and video meetings. I had a great conversation with everyone and the people seemed nice. However, communication with the hiring manager was not great. Slow responses or last minute cancellations from Embark diminished the process and potentially showed how serious (in this case, not serious) Embark took the hiring process. While I'm sure the people are nice, I would be mindful when applying.
